No — the preorder price is listed excluding VAT and shipping. VAT will be added automatically at checkout, based on your billing country.
Yes. If you’re an EU-registered business with a valid VAT number, you can order as normal and then email us your VAT number and company details at support@reliq-instruments.com.

Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Customers outside the EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes, depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the checkout price.
Reliq currently qualifies for 0% import duty. However, due to rapidly changing import regulations in the U.S., an additional tariff may occasionally be applied by your local customs office upon arrival.

No — Reliq does not include analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog converters. We explored this option early on, but using converters would have made it a digital matrix instead of an analog one. This also would have significantly increased production costs and complexity. We're still exploring the possibility of add-ons or companion interfaces.
Yes, you can send CV directly from your DAW to any of the 32 CV outputs using the USB MIDI port on Reliq.
